***UPDATE FOR DOWNTOWN LOCATION*** Dear Clients, First of all, we hope that everyone is safe and healthy. ... Secondly, after careful consideration, we have decided to re-open the Davie Street location on June-1-2020 with limited hours and days until conditions get normal. We know some of you need to bring your pooches and we would like to help as much as we can with you and our team's safety in mind. We appreciate your understanding and support during these difficult times. We will resume our daily operation on June-1-2020 with business hours from 8am to 6pm Monday to Thursday to start with. If you need to bring your dog earlier than 8am please send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate you. Should you have any questions or suggestions please do not hesitate to contact us.

***POWELL STREET LOCATION UPDATE*** Dear Canine Concierge Customers, Thank you for your continued support during these challenging times.... We are OPEN and we continue to welcome your dog to the daycare in compliance with social distancing rules hence we allow only 1 customer at a time during pick up or drop off. However we have to reduce our operation hours. Our Business hours effective April-1-2020 until further notice is from 8am until 6pm Monday to Friday. We are closed for daycare on the weekends. Only prebooked boarding clients will be allowed. We encourage everyone to stay home however we also know that your pooch still needs socializing and exercise. We offer pick up and drop off service for your fur baby and you can contact us at 604-215-9877 to schedule your shuttle. As we are all doing our part to stop the spread of Covid-19, we wanted to update you on measures here at Canine Concierge in place to keep you, our staff and customers healthy and safe. following social distancing protocols (2 meters) continuing our hand-washing and hygiene protocols increased disinfecting of all surfaces including high touch areas if a staff member develops symptoms they will stay home Thank you again for continuing to allow us to look after your dog. UPDATE REGARDING THE DOWNTOWN LOCATION: Dear Canine Concierge Clients, This is a difficult decision to make however given the Covid-19 situation we have decided to temporarily close downtown location for the month of April 2020.... If you still need a daycare for your dog, you can use our East Vancouver location at 1314 Powell Street, Vancouver.
