Getting around by bike year-round contributes to our mental and physical health, connects us to our community, and keeps big smiles on our faces while the temperature dips and the snow falls. Meet Kate from Canmore! "I anticipated it to be freezing all the time. The reality is (even with Canmore’s mountain climate) winter isn’t always bitterly cold! With the right gear (my xc ski gear works a charm), most days are fabulous. It does get very cold here but not ALL winter and I have been pleasantly surprised at how cyclable the winter mostly is."
