It has been over 3 weeks 'NO' Taekwondo training with my students. I miss all of them so much and can not wait to sweat with them. "Be safe and stay home for your safety!!" I hate this Covid19, we will get over this!! My students will break the Covid19 like this!

Dear students, I found the new way to spend the time at home. Follow the instruction and try to do it every day at home. Please stay at home and be safe all the time.

Effective immediately, the City of Port Coquitlam is closing all public playgrounds to help stop the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). All public parks in Port Coquitlam remain open. At this time, public washrooms in parks remain open with increased cleaning. Washrooms and change rooms at field houses and sports fields are closed.... We offer a vast array of public parks, trails and natural spaces for public and families to play, walk, cyle, stroll and gather but remember to ensure there is social distancing and avoid large groups.
