Hey everyone, We've been getting a lot of emails regarding order status and when things will ship, and I just want to take a minute to address this at a general level. Despite many of us being able to resume somewhat normal daily routines, the supply chains for goods are still being severely impacted by COVID effects. Demand for products continues to be through the roof, and both manufacturers and distributors are struggling to keep up. ... We are aware of many cases where companies are shipping products in multiple allotments, so you may see products show up in one place, but not be widely available for several weeks or even months. This has always been the case, especially in Canada, but the current situation has only exacerbated this issue. Unfortunately, as a small independent retailer, we are often not at the top of the priority list, nor are some of the distributors that we need to go through to get the products. Ultimately we will always come through to fulfill your order, but especially during these times, it may take a little longer than everybody was expecting. Please continue to feel free to reach out if you are looking for an order update, but please bear in mind that in most cases we will not have any updated or firm arrival dates. Also please give us time to respond to these inquiries, it may take us a few days to get back to you, as we also want to double check to see if we can provide any updated information. A big thanks to everybody for their patience during these times, hopefully before long these issues will start to resolve and estimated arrivals will become a little more accurate again.
