But this can only be done if you place the second order with 48 hours of the first. We will not take add ons over the phone nor through email. Also, we cannot "rush" your order. UPDATE: got service back late Tuesday. Please give us a chance to wade through the emails. Happy hump day! Our phones and internet have been down since yesterday afternoon. This is affecting a large part of our region Cogeco are working on the situation but don't have a estimated time yet.

Cogeco is down for a large area in our district. As a result we do not have phones or internet.

We are closed on Friday so our staff can have an extra long holiday weekend. Hope you all have a great weekend too! (Will re-open on Tuesday)

Plastic Bottles!!! We are starting to get restocked on some bottles. I think it will be a while before we see the blue & amber. We are limiting quantities on the bottles until we are assured of a steady supply. (100pcs per customer). At the moment we have the 2oz Clear, 4oz Clear and 8oz Clear Bullet bottles. Will keep you up to date when we get more.

** The WICKS are here!!!** If you are waiting on an order that includes wicks we apologize for the delay. Our incoming shipment is somewhere in Toronto - it has been there for a week. UPS cannot give me any information beyond that it has been passed off to an agent. We will also contact you if involved. S.J.

It is Monday. I think...lol We are still processing orders as fast as we can. We have been working 7 days a week trying to catch up and we apologize for the delays. We are trying to update the website as fast as possible as well to let you know of any stock shortages. Our suppliers are mostly working but very slow as they too have limited staff. Business as usual? Not yet... We are still very busy but we are bringing staff back slowly so everyone feels comfortable in the workplace. Luckily we have a few areas in the warehouse where employees can work without a lot of interaction. We are hearing of delays with the carriers as they are experiencing record volumes of parcels to be delivered. (I have contributed to that with some of my own on line purchases....chocolate...but worth the wait.) Hopefully everyone is staying well and rest assured your business is important to us and we will get caught up soon!

What a week! I hope you are all well! We are still putting out orders. One BIG thing to note is the shortage of bottles and caps. I just finished editing our bottle pages. This shortage is Canada and US wide. We are trying to source bottles and caps and are having great difficulty. What is available on our website may be all we have for a while. Hi everyone! Hopefully everyone is good! We are still packing orders. Many of our customers are making hand sanitizers and we are happy to be able to send you your bottles! We will close Friday at noon and re-open at 9 on Monday. Thanks for your patience in waiting for your orders as there are only two of us picking & packing right now as most of our staff are self-isolating. UPDATE: We remain open but with a skeleton staff. We will continue to fulfill orders as long as the courier/post service continues. Our showroom is CLOSED. Pick up orders must be done online and prepaid. We will email you when your order is ready for pickup. Please knock on the door and we will bring your parcels to you. We would like to update you on measures we are taking at Canwax with regards to Covid-19. - We are planning on staying open and processing orders unless otherwise directed. - We will of course be ever diligent in the sanitary handling of your products and orders. - All classes are on hold until further notice. ... - Orders for pick up must be placed in advance so we may minimize human interaction in our small showroom. During March break we often have families coming in to pick up items to make things! We know during the isolation time keeping yourself and the kids busy is even more important and we would love to help in that matter. However, we must insist that all orders are placed in advance and when picking up only one person at a time in our showroom.
