Challenge #1 - Squats That’s plural I’m setting up a series of one-week challenges to give you an excuse to move. ... The challenges will be personal and you don’t have to share unless you want to. The challenge is simple. You’re going to do 10 squats in the morning and 10 squats at night. You will repeat this every day until Monday when the next challenge starts up. That is the minimum Challenge. Feel free to increase that up to 25 squats in the morning and 25 at night every day for seven days. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, slightly out turn your toes, put your arms straight out in front of you, keep your arms level and your head straight as you lower your butt as far as you can, go back up and repeat. The cool thing about squats is that you can do them in any clothes with any kinds of shoes on or boots. My father is 88 and does at least 20 squats a day. Get it done

Somehow I missed my workout yesterday. So I’m gonna do another one tomorrow. Then back to alternate days. Today’s work out: Stretches... 20 minute row 4872m 314 cals Workout set with bands 25 squats with rubber band 10 one arm curls per side with band 12 push-ups on push-up bars 60 sec plank 10 bent over rows with bands Repeats set three times

Still at it every 2nd day and having fun doing it Started rowing shortly before New Years and finding it very difficult to get through the first 3 minutes of 15 Now only 3 weeks later and I’m starting to challenge myself!
