PSA FOSTERS NEEDED!! C.A.O.S in partnership with Prince Albert SPCA have been working extremely hard for the last 6 months to help homeless animals in need in northern Saskatchewan. Since August last year, we have taken in over 200 animals and we are still trying to keep up with the demands. We have all done such an amazing job getting these animals off the streets, transported, vet checked, spayed, neutered and into loving homes. We are so proud of partnership and what we h...ave been able to achieve thus far. We need more foster homes to we can increase the number of animals rescued at one time. On Monday Prince Albert SPCA will be transporting over 40 animals to our shelter and we need some extra foster homes to help us while they are waiting for their spay and neuter procedures. There may be some medical cases we are unsure at this time. If you are interested in fostering, please email only to [email protected] here is a sneak peek of some of the beautiful cats and dogs that get a second chance at life! All fosters are supported 100% with supplies, food, and constant advice and help with our foster team. Your requirements would be to transport to and from shelter or vet clinic and to pick up your foster animal and of course give them much needed TLC. All fosters MUST be in Central Alberta no expectations it is for the safety of our animals that they stay in close reach to our rescue.

ADOPTED!!!!!! Meet Annie!!! We rescued Annie back in December she was found way out in the middle of nowhere out west by Nordegg she was starving and pretty much skin and bone when she stumbled upon a cabin where she was met with love and a nice warm meal. The next day she was brought to us and we rushed her up to the vet to make sure there was nothing too serious going on. Annie was extremely emaciated and dehydrated but healthy otherwise. However she had a long road to rec...overy. Annie got to spend the last 5 weeks in the care of one of our loving foster dads. She learnt how to love and trust again she learnt how to be a dog she learnt that she didn't have to worry about finding her next meal or how to stay warm at night. Annie has shown us just how forgiving dogs can really be, it breaks our hearts to think how or why she ended up the way she was. But today is Annie's day today Annie gets the chance to steal your heart and give you years of unconditional love, excitement and pure joy. Annie 1.5 years about Good with kids but can play rough and knock over toddlers so older kids preferred Good with cats but likes to chase them when they run but doesn't hurt them Good with dogs She loves teenagers House trained Trained to use hand signals Can be a runner when she first meets you People pleaser Crate trained Travels well Annie will be making her big debut at our adoption centre inside the Red Deer Petland this Afternoon. If you are interested in Annie please email [email protected] or call 587-272-0390 during business hours.
