Have you every done a chocolate tasting? Thanksgiving treats arrived early to our team this year with a virtual chocolate tasting hosted by Toronto based chocolatier @Somachocolate. Together we took a journey to the chocolate lands of the world. Special tasing boxes arrived to our homes and we discovered the process from farm, to bean, to chocolate. It was a nice way for us to do something together while physically distancing.... From our entire team, we wish everyone a happy and healthy Thanksgiving!

The Ontario government has announced that Ontario employers are now required to apply a COVID-19 screening test to employees and essential visitors before they enter the workplace. Yesterday we headed out to the farm and joined the Food Bank Community Harvest team! The @OttawaFoodBank does an incredible job, and we were happy to get out a...s a team, to help with the harvesting, washing and packing of fresh produce. During an ideal growing and harvesting season, the farm can produce and distribute over 136,000 lbs of fruits and vegetables from the 8 acres of land they work on! During the onset of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, many insurance companies took steps to ensure the health and safety of their customers and those involved in the paramedical examination process by temporarily restricting paramedical examinations based on provincial guidelines for physical distancing.
