When i went in to file my nomination papers this guy handed me the bible: All in the Family So who is this local individual who owns the train station? He remained anonymous during council’s most recent discussion of the state of the building but Jala named him in his subsequent coverage and anyone who takes the time to look up 3046975 NS Ltd in the Joint Stocks Registry will find him: he’s Patrick Donovan, and he’s the company president, while his wife, Kiki Kachafanas, i...s the recognized agent. Kiki Kachafanas is the sister of the regional solicitor, Demetri Kachanfanas, and the Spectator reported on another Kachafanas-Donovan property in 2017: the old Department of Fisheries building on the government wharf in Sydney. After the Port of Sydney’s offer on the building was turned down, Kachafanas and Donovan stepped in to purchase it, renovate it, and rent some of its offices to you guessed it the Port of Sydney. Donovan, who has other real estate holdings in the CBRM, was also a generous donor to Mayor Cecil Clarke’s 2016 re-election campaign: Copied from The Cape Breton Spectator " Too big to tear down"

I think 2019 is going to be the year we'll remember as when a 15-year-old girl made certain boomers (and those stuck in that boomer mindset) lose their minds. I... see the term "snowflake" used quite often in conversations - well Greta, you melted the hearts (and minds) of many a person in 2019. You've made grown men cry with your carefully placed Turing test - humanity appears to have passed it, thankfully. I don't think anyone her age should have to worry about their future as this generation does. It's going to take a lot to clean it up but it appears there are a whole lot of people looking to do it.

An iPhone is way better than an iPod. I switched the iPod to do the live video from the front rather than the back so it would be easier for me to start and sto...p but it somehow put me on the left side when I was on the right side. Video quality wasn't as good either. A few Wi-Fi problems as well in Hunter River PEI, which is 21 km from Charlottetown. A nice community though and very friendly people https://www.facebook.com/michael.macnei//804226296696233/

Just after I filmed this, about 50 kids in gym gear came jogging up the trail. I didnt video them but I assume its a part of their physical education program. I walked for two hours on the trail yesterday and I am guessing I encountered approx. 150 people walking, jogging or bicycling. I am guessing all the bicyclist I have encountered so far have been in the age range of 40 to 70 years of age. The younger people seem to prefer jogging. I am convinced and nobody is going to tell me any different. If Cape Breton had a Trans Canada trail from Port Hawkesbury to Glace Bay we would have a healthier population requiring less heath care and more tourism opportunities. So Container terminal that

This week we have been following the trial of a man who claims to have been wrongfully dismissed from his job as development officer with the CBRM. No decision on wrongful dismissal has been made as of yet but disturbing stories of contentious CBRM land deals, missing documents and management by intimidation have been recorded throughout the trial. Do you think that the CBRM finances and related activities should be audited ?
