Finished priming a 1400 square foot bungalow today. With setup and cleanup it took just over 4 hours to spray and back roll. #PaintTheCape

We are expanding our services to meet our clients needs. This is a bathroom remodel we took on. Tore out the old dilapidated tub and surround. Took everything back to the studs. Treated for surface mould and mildew. Pulled the toilet and a striped the floor. Then we started to put it all back together by installing a new shower tap, moved the drain for the new corner shower, and raised the shower head to the correct height.... Insulated, vapour barrier, then hung new drywall. Taped, mudded, sanded, and primed drywall followed by installing the new corner shower. Prepped and laid new tile flooring followed by grouting. Re-installed toilet to include new rubber seals between tank and base due to a leak from worn seals. Trimmed the bottom of the bathroom door due to the new floor height after tile install. Just baseboard and door trims to be installed followed by finish paint and this one is a wrap.
