The only perfect time to start a daily or weekly practice is now. Distractions, difficulties, chaos...they are elements that, sometimes, unavoidably present themselves in our life. Beginning a weekly practice rooted in mindful attention to the breath is one antidote to the an ever increasing underlying stress in our day to day lives. Now, more than ever, peace seems like a distant goal... ...but, it is not. Peace and joy are your birthright and they are only a breath away.
