Meet the team. Meet Brandon Shaw, Manager of Construction and Customer Care here at Capital Developments. Brandon, what does your average day look like? Brandon: My average day changes each day of the week. I am involved in the construction of each project almost a year before homeowners step into the building. My average day in most cases starts off with on-site visits either at 155 Redpath, 150 Redpath, or ArtShoppe. I visit the site to walk and review the progress of the... building, and suites, to determine if the project is on schedule or if areas are lagging behind. Though each project is in a different phase than the other, my day changes depending on which project I am on. Now depending on the day of the week usually there are meetings either on-site or in our office with the construction teams, trades, consultants, or a combination of all three. I usually get to my office in the afternoon to reply to emails and any paperwork I need to attend to for either projects. My schedule gets filled rather quickly and each day is slightly different no matter how I plan it. Follow along as we continue to document a day in the life of our team members!
