Working on Prototype parts that I plan on manufacturing! All parts will either be CNC’d, laser cut or a mixture of both for precision and welded together by us. If I could get a battery box, mount, and light weight battery at a competitive price who would pick one up?

Some weight loss on this Arctic Cat 1100 harness for Jordan and Craig Blower’s 1100 Promod. They have hopes of getting this thing competitive with the 998’s that are running around. Still need to complete the battery box and Vipec ecu mount but the project is moving in the right direction. Next is the fuel system.

New front end with adjustable camber for our customer, designed and built by Pro-Stock Inc.. They knocked it out of the park with this one, especially with the illusion orange powder coat. We’ve been working with ProStock inc for some time now and we won’t stop any time soon. Thanks Paul Theil as usual!

Experienced engine building and development! Triple Yamaha’s are my bread and butter and I work with some of the best in the business to build a great engine. Lots of competition trying to squeeze as much power out of the 998 as possible. Gonna be a good year on snow

Finally! The CB750 is done that I was working on in conjunction with @diymoto. Lots of little things, modified rear sets, removed passenger pegs, etc. But the biggest thing was all the custom brackets to fit the vintage fairing. Had Turbo Parts Canada Inc. rebuild and balance our Precision 55/58 and last years factory IHI Yamaha turbo.. Needless to say, we are VERY pleased with their service!

Project #Yamaha #RD400 still going strong under the Pandemic. (Were alone in the shop) Here’s a step by step on some case repair before coating. Step 1: Wire brush and Acetone. Then crank the ever living shit out of the cleaning action on your machine to bring the cast impurities to the surface.... Step 2: grind said impurities off of surface. Then wire brush and acetone. Step 3: Bring cleaning action to 60% and begin dropping dabs. Step 4: Wire brush and acetone.... (beginning to see a pattern) sand to desired depth and fill porosity with a second pass. Step 5: Sand down welds to desired depth. Now if your like me you’ll sand down until there’s no blemishes but unfortunately then you start getting into more porosity which is fine if you want to keep doing the process over. (If the part holds oil you will need to get rid of as much porosity as possible and this will take a VERY long time.) Step 6: Crack a beer and enjoy your work.

A little cast Aluminum crack repair. They just dont make cast like they used to!

Quick wiring job I finished up on the Ricci Bros Racing ProX55. The original harness for a Vipec was re-pinned for a Link and while it worked, it was quite a mess. Cleaned up, re-wired, labeled, and changed up some plugs to make it more compact and hopefully avoid problems in the future. No wiring job too big or small!
