Stoke indicator: the "S" in Stroke ...Ask the person to "SMILE"..if the one side of mouth stays down, or looks droopy...call 911 ASAP

One of the Stroke indicators is: ask the person to Stick our their tongue..if it is "crooked" or goes to one side or another call 911 RIGHT AWAY!
