The 02/03 boys from Cap-U & CCA all competing at the ER Cup finals weekend. All 3 teams finish top 2 in their respective leagues, and will now be traveling to Guelph to compete in the Ontario Regional Championships this weekend. Wishing both teams great success this weekend!

Our U16-U18' Boys are on their way to their much anticipated trip to Romania! They will be training daily at the Sport School "Liceul Program Sportiv Bihorul in Romania as part of a collaboration and exchange between both our organizations. We are excited for the boys to savor this experience, part of our International Program component!

Our 2003 boys crowned Champions of the Ottawa Coliseum u16 Boys League! Lots of credit to these boys playing 1 year above their age level, showing strength & resilience, finishing with a perfect undefeated season!

Great story on two of our former female OYSL players, Miranda Smith & Vanessa El-Asmar, reunited playing at the University of Ottawa!

Our u13 Boys finished 2nd place in the ERSL Shield Cup, and brought home the Silver medal! Congrats on the great season to Coach Matt, Coach Didier, and to the boys on their great season!

Don't forget - this Saturday is our End of Summer BBQ! In collaboration with Canada Soccer, we are hosting an Active Start Soccer Fest for all ages. For our YDP players: ALL of our YDP training sessions will take place from 10am-1pm for all ages (U4-U11 boys/girls). YDP groups will participate in various skills stations, including soccer tennis, on the lower YDP mini fields. Our Youth competitive teams (U9-U21) will arrive around 10am and will be playing inter-squad games. P...layers are expected to be dressed in their uniforms. Our annual Technical Director Challenge will take place between our Capital United parent "ALL STARS" and our Coaches. * OUR CUSTOMARY CLUB PICTURE WILL BE TAKEN AROUND 12pm * Please bring: - non-perishable food item for donation to an Ottawa-area food bank - any old Cap U kit/uniforms you're no longer using - some money, if you wish to participate in our 50/50 draw or purchase items at our yard sale (Cap U and Mini World Cup wear) or BBQ
