More information on EDS update The June 19, 2020 Electronic Disposition System update has resulted in changes to proponent submission requirements. Please see the following bullets for direction to proponents regarding the changes to the information submission requirements to the ACO for file review. - Proponents are now prompted to fill in the new fields when submitting new applications as well as historical files at adequacy. Since two of the fields are mandatory, when an F...NC is opened and that value is not set (ie. for anything created before the release date) the user will have to fill in the information to proceed to the next page of their FNC. - Construction duration For anything not requiring construction such as an as-built, administrative amendments, water licencing, etc., the GoA will be updating this field to accept a ‘0’, until then, please use ‘1 day’ for these situations. Please send any questions regarding this direction to Leigh-ann Lowrie at [email protected] or Magdalena Greenough at [email protected]
