CAPS members are invited to join Ana Fabiano tomorrow Tuesday November 17 at 3pm for an enlightened discussion on DOCa Rioja, a wine region steeped in history and tradition but also embracing modernity. In this free webinar Ana will provide information on the diversity of the Rioja landscape, its varietals, and wine styles. Greetings from the Atlantic division of the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers! We are pleased to announce we will resume in person classes in September starting with Old World and Sensory Development and Wine Styles. Old World will commence Monday evenings beginning Sept 14 at the Prince George Hotel from 5:30-9pm. Sensory will begin Tuesday evenings beginning September 22nd at The Ostrich Club from 5:30-9pm. Registration for both classes is now open on our web...site! CAPS-AC will have full COVID-19 safety protocols in place and we are prepared to revert to online instruction with tastings to resume once we are able to.
