and this is why you should bring your puppers to you're shoot

Got the chance to photograph these lovebirds welcoming a lovely little girl in the next few weeks and their doggo Leo came along for the shoot. The story behind this picture, ohboi is it the cutest one... Leo kept coming to crash the pictures and in this very moment he went up on Eric's leg and so I said "aweh it's like he's saying hi to his little sister" - we obvs tried to keep him in this position for abit longer but it was the cutest thing. Also, the biggest props to them for shooting on this cold day for 1h+ w/o a coat

To close off this session, one of my favorites from this shoot (instagram, I hate you for decreasing the quality). Can't wait to start shooting again soon, exciting projects coming, weddings coming, aaaaaah

swipe for the before FINALLY I'm posting these! Thank you @_emily.phillips_ for challenging me, getting me out of my comfort zone and to @artknappkamloops for allowing us to shoot in such a beautiful place! Isn't it amazing how much editing can make a difference? We started shooting before the sun was up meaning we had to rely to the indoor lighting which wasn't the same everywhere and so I was hoping I could work some magic in post.

Closing off this session with this photo! Idk why but when editing @conscious.ki's session, I just felt a different vibe and it got me to try a new style of editing which I really like - bit more grainy - .. Finally, my life is a little less hectic and I can post more from this session I had with @conscious.ki This makes me miss the warmer days in BC and the limitless locations to shoot How are you all doing wherever you are? Are you doing anything to stay sane?
