I meant to post this portrait, with a super introspective caption on my birthday last week but forgot! Instead, I will use it to ramble about how the month of September sort of feels like a second Spring, doesn’t it? Even after several years out of school, don’t you still feel that giddy excitement of a shiny new September? I realize it’s coming to a close now but I still wanted to share that sentiment. If you recall when my account was disabled a couple weeks ago, I was right in the midst of announcing my new website! Because change in September feels good. This is your reminder to check it out. This orange tree is an excellent tree. Not just because it is autumn-coloured, but also because it matches Stu’s hair. And I really just wanted to see if I could make him into a floating face. Bc that’s what friends do.
