Covid update The government has announced that massage therapist can work if you have a doctors prescription or referral from a chiropractor or physiotherapist! I am waiting for them to give us more information on when the notes can be back dated to etc!! ... For those who are seeing their doctor/Chiro/physio in the next couple weeks make sure to ask for a note to come see me!! As soon as they post the new guidelines I will open up for bookings!! I’m sooooooooooo excited

This is my sweet girl Teo My challenge today for myself was to get outside! Yes I know thats crazy with this cold weather. I shoveled all my snow and a little extra and it made me feel alive! I was smiling and laughing at Teo loving the snow!! I managed to bribe Her with some treats to get some cute photos while I was out there. How seriously adorable is she? I will forever love these photos and memories I get to have with her! ... She reminded me today that even with the crazy weather outside and this weird world we live in that life is beautiful!! She is beautiful!! I am beautiful and YOU are beautiful! What are you up to today?

As long as you do NOT have Covid-19 symptoms, have NOT been in contact with anyone who has/had symptoms and have not travelled outside the country in the last 14 day’s I can treat you! If you do have symptoms or come in contact with someone who does, please reschedule your treatment! Coming for your massage: 1. I will meet you at the front door, please wait in your vehicle f...or me to call you in! 2. You will receive hand sanitizer 3. Put mask on (I will have some available for $1 if you do not have your own) I will also be wearing one! 4. We can now proceed to my office, once there, you’re welcome to take your mask off if you feel comfortable 5. You will have to sign a Covid-19 consent form 6. After treatment I will give you more hand sanitizer 7. Put your mask back on while I escort you to the door For those who have direct billing, I will be processing all claims at the beginning of the day to minimize exposure to each other and speed up the Check out process.
