It's December, and you know what that means? 2020 is winding down and the holiday season is upon us! Throughout the month of December, I'll be posting tips and life hacks to help you keep on top of your goals while still enjoying the holidays! Today's tip: Drink your water! I know this one is extremely simple and goes without saying, but making sure that you remain hydrated helps keep you healthy and focused! If you're planning on celebrating with a few drinks over the holidays, drink a glass of water in between each so you're not feeling the effects of it the next day!

Hey, Dads of Facebook, it's time to get those stroller arms strong! These workouts are designed not just for dads but for anyone that is pressed for time and still wants to get in a quick and effective workout. Being a new dad and running a full-time company, my time has become super important to me. It often feels like there aren't enough hours in the day to get things done. So, I started putting together get er done workouts to get to have you in and out in less than... an hour while still being effective to help you achieve the results you're looking for. Feel free to give them a try if you like. PM or comment below with any questions or what you thought of the workout. I will be posting a new Dad Bod workout every week, so stay tuned! This week's #DadBodWorkout was an upper-body push/pull workout. 1/ Incline Dumbbell Press 2/ Bodyweight Pull-Ups 3/ Bench Press 4/ Incline DB Row 5/ Tricep Cable Push Down 6/ Overhead Shoulder Press Beginner: 4 sets with a weight where 12-15 reps is challenging, but not impossible, for each exercise. Break 45 seconds between each set. Advanced: 4 sets with a weight where 8-12 reps is challenging, but not impossible, for each exercise. Break 45 seconds between each set. Tip: Want to make your dumbbell presses a little more challenging? Add an extra half rep after you complete a full rep! It makes the movement that much more intense! Check the video for an example!
