When you carve your pumpkins make sure to save the pumpkin seeds. They are a great source of healthy fats and are loaded with vitamins. Quick recipe: -boil the seeds in water and salt for 5 minutes -dry them well with paper towel ... -toss them in olive oil, cinnamon, all spice, chili powder and turmeric (more health benefits) -spread on a cookie sheet with parchment paper and bake for 25 minutes at 400F. Perfect snack!! Tastes like popcorn :)
