Dr. Bonnie Henry has just announced new restrictions for the Vancouver Costal Health and Fraser Health regions. Starting at 10 p.m. this evening you there will be a ban on visiting each other's private homes, a ban on non-essential travel, and a ban on indoor group fitness activities. Earlier in the week the Real Estate Council recommended no more open houses for the foreseeable future, and disabled the open house function for listings.... Our interpretation is that private home showings will be allowed to continue so long as proper precautions and measures are taken, as real estate has been deemed an essential service.
