This beautiful meal comes together in just one dish! One Dish Lemon Chicken 8-10 drumsticks and thighs or 4 breasts, bone-in 4 medium potatoes, cut in wedges... 2 medium onions, halves then cut in wedges 1 large red pepper, seeded, halved then cut into slices 1 can (14 oz/398 ml) artichoke hearts, drained and quartered 3 cups Nourish Broth, prepared Splash of white wine or water , optional 1 lemon, halved 1 cup olives , optional 1 tbsp Souvlaki Seasoning Sea Salt (Grinder), coarsely ground, to taste Black Pepper (Grinder), coarsely ground, to taste Preparation Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C). Place chicken pieces in a large baking dish, skin side up. Arrange potatoes, onions, red pepper and artichoke hearts between pieces of chicken. Add Nourish Broth, water and/or wine to cover up to 12" deep. Juice half lemon over all ingredients. Add olives if desired. Sprinkle Souvlaki Seasoning over casserole. Add Sea Salt and Black Pepper. Slice second lemon half and layer over chicken. Roast for 1 hour, basting occasionally.

Dipping Sauce Ingredients 2 cups Nourish Broth, prepared 1 tbsp ketchup 1 tsp BBQ Sauce 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp honey 14 cup Savoury Herb Gravy Mix 12 cup water, cold 12 tspSea Salt (Grinder), optional Preparation In a saucepan, bring broth to a boil. Whisking constantly, add the next five ingredients. Dissolve gravy mix into cold water and poor into warm broth, whisking constantly. Simmer for 35 minutes to desired consistency. It's Souper Bowl Sunday right? This season, we're turning lemons into lemon-everything! Avgolemono is a Greek style soup or sauce made with chicken stock (...Nourish Broth in our case), egg yolks, and lemon juice. We add orzo and diced chicken to this recipe to make it a good food meal that's a total touchdown! Greek Lemon Chicken Soup (Avgolemono) Ingredients 8 cups Nourish Broth 1 cup uncooked orzo or rice 4 eggs 1 tbsp Greek Dressing Mix, or your choice Dressing Mix or Dip Mix 4 lemons 1 cup diced cooked chicken Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste Preparation Pour broth in Multipurpose Pot. Cover; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, add orzo and cook, partially covered, until tender, about 10 min. If using rice, about 20 min. Once cooked, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, add eggs and dressing mix. Using 2-in-1 Citrus Press, squeeze in juice from lemons. Whisk to combine. Slowly whisk in 2 cups of hot broth into egg and lemon mixture. This tempers the eggs and prevents curdling. Whisk the tempered egg mixture into remaining broth. Add chicken and simmer until heated through, about 2 min. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
