These are the remaining openings left for my Thursday clinics in April. I also have 2 openings left on Saturday April 22nd at 10am and 1pm.

Yay! It's spring at last and we got through another winter and warmer weather is on the way. I have been thinking I post a lot about reflexology-which I love and I want to write a bit about having a "Bars" session. I only learned about it around 6 years ago and it took me another 2 years before I actually had a session. I remember thinking, "this is so cool" and had a great sleep that night. I would study about it from time to time and finally I took my practitioner trainin...g last year. In a session, there are 32 specific points on the head which are gently pressed, and a session lasts 45-60 minutes depending and sometimes a bit longer. It is very relaxing and often the person falls asleep. So the question I have for you is "What do you want to see more of in your life?" A Bars session is a great way to de-stress and let go of "stuff" that you no longer need-it is your choice. If you ever want to book a session, feel free to message me.
