Happy New Year! I hope you've had a chance to rest and have fun over the holidays. I haven't been active on this page for quite some time, but will be posting more regularly now. An announcement: I will no longer be offering massage services out of Vauxhall. It may have already been obvious, but I wanted to make it official. Due to the ongoing pandemic I have decided it is best for me to work out of one office.... Massage therapy is back! Thanks to our associations and many other people advocating on our behalf we are able to provide treatment again! I will be back at work starting tomorrow, January 4th, 2021. There is a change however in that we need to have a doctor's note or referral for massage that was issued to you in the past 12 months. This needs to be in your file before your appointment. It can be issued by a medical doctor, chiropractor, physiotherapist, psychologist or dentist. This change will be until January 12th at the least, and is subject to change depending on the situation. I have now included my information for where I work in Lethbridge! You can find me at Able Body Health Clinic Monday to Thursday. My hours are usually 11am-6pm or 12-7pm.
