As you may remember, last year we teamed up with Community Veterinary Outreach, to provide gifts for pets within our community whose owners are experiencing homelessness and housing vulnerability. We will be participating in this initiative again. We will have to switch up how we do it this year though! Instead of asking you to purchase items on the pets’ behalf and delivering to our Animal Hospital like we did last year, we are going to ask if you are interested in sponsorin...g a pet that is on our list, by way of a monetary donation. If you wish to participate, please email [email protected]. We do ask that you communicate regarding this via email ONLY. We understand that you may want to call in and we love talking to you, but we do need to limit the number of extra calls for our Client Care Representatives. Staff at the Animal Hospital will take care of the gift purchasing on your behalf! Any monetary donation is appreciated. At present, we have 30 pets on the list, 19 cats and 11 dogs. Items on their wish lists include: kitty litter, new litter boxes, cat/dog treats, cat/dog toys, dry food, canned food, dishes, leashes and collars. We would like to sincerely thank Kim Cooper, of Best Friends Dog Training, for generously offering to sponsor 10 dogs from the list! We really appreciate your willingness to help us help!
