This anterior tooth presented with internal resorption and a draining sinus tract, it was given a hopeless prognosis. We were able to treat it successfully with great healing at 1 year follow-up.

Thank you for your patience. We are now open and ready to see our patients. we have taken all the necessary steps to keep our patients and staff safe. Some of the changes we have implemented: - No patients in waiting room, we ask you to remain in your car until your treatment room is ready - We have removed all books, magazines and refreshments from the waiting room... - We wipe and disinfect all high touch surfaces several times a day - We ask that you fill all forms electronically in order to minimize touching surfaces in the office - We will ask you questions regarding COVID-19 symptoms prior to making an appointment - Please wear a mask to your appointment and keep it on at all times possible - We will check your temperature at the door and ask you to rinse your mouth with a hydrogen peroxide based solution as you enter the office - Hand sanitizers are available and we ask you to sanitize your hands upon entering and leaving the office - We have staggered appointments so you will not be interacting with other patients - We check our staff temperatures and COVID-19 status daily We thank you in advance for cooperating with all of these changes. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Healing of a periapical radiolucency, 6 months after endodontic microsurgery on the lateral incisor and none surgical treatment on the central incisor. This patient was told the lateral incisors is hopeless and will be lost. She is very pleased with the results as well!
As you are aware, the COVID-19 pandemic is a rapidly evolving situation. The Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) has just released an advisory to all dentists in the province of Ontario recommending that dental offices close for all elective procedures immediately and remain closed until at least the first week of April. In keeping with this recommendation, and to keep our patients, staff and community safe, our office will be closed for all consultations and... procedures immediately. All appointments between March 23 and April 4 are the process of being cancelled and will be rescheduled when the RCDSO suspension has been lifted. If you are experiencing a true dental emergency that cannot be managed by over the counter medication please contact the Ottawa Dental Emergency at 613-523-4185. You Can also contact Dr. Vadovic at 613-890-4716 or via email at [email protected]. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these difficult times.

Healing of periapical/furcal lesion 6 months after re-treatment on a lower molar
Sometimes you just have to build a fort...
what a fabulous gift basket! our patients spoil us!
This molar was very challenging due to slight distal angulation of the tooth, patient's limited opening and recent crown. In this case I hardly used any hand files as I find they tend to ledge more. I used several edgefiles to achieve the shapes.
Apicoectomy or root end surgery is one of the procedures we do at Carling Endodontics. With advances in technology, we can do these surgeries with great success rate and predictability. This lateral incisor is a great example of complete healing only 6 months after apicoectomy.
Healing of a large periapical lesion only 6 months after re-treatment. Not all cases with large lesions require surgery.
This mandibular molar has very long , thing and curvy roots. In these cases I use an 04 taper instruments and keep it conservative.
