Tip Tuesday: Look away from the computer screen As many of us have transitioned to working from home, we find ourselves looking at a screen more often. But did you know that staring at a computer or phone screen for too long can cause eye strain, blurry vision, dry eyes, and headaches? Here are a few tips to protect your eyes:... 1) Make sure your prescription is up to date. 2) Move the screen so your eyes are level with the top of the monitor. 3) Rest your eyes every 20 minutes. Look 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
