This week I celebrate my official 3 years of getting my Real Estate licence. I had never been so struck by equal parts of being excited and scared shitless. Is this going to work? Over 80% of new agents leave the industry over the first 3 years once they see what is takes to be sustainable. I am overwhelmed with gratitude. ... Gratitude for my partner Tyler who puts up with my crazy schedule and moments of unpredictability. Gratitude for my clients who entrust me with their biggest financial decision of their lives. Gratitude for my family and friends who lift me up and celebrate my journey. Gratitude for my past; that molded me into the person I am and gave me the tools to succeed. I truly live every day excited and aware of how fortunate I am to do what I love, and to experience every emotion that goes along with it. I know the work it takes. I put it in. I struggle.
