Full review from Kristine: We had an amazing experience with Carl’s Catering. Leading up to the day Melissa was extremely helpful and accommodating. We had lots of questions leading up to our wedding day, and Melissa would answer in a professional and timely manner. Sylvia was very friendly and helpful in coordinating our day and went above and beyond with her sweetness and kind heart. The food was amazing, and the venue was perfect for our wedding. We had 110 people attend, ...and we felt everything was perfect. The food was 5 star, and everything ran smoothly. We especially liked this venue because DJ, open bar, cake, and invitations were all included with the price, which saved us a lot of time, and we were still able to personalize how we wanted the cake, invitations, etc. Ken (DJ) played songs that kept everyone dancing and entertained all night long. : @abbyxxwhite See more

Full review from Cindy: From day one, The Glen was very helpful and accommodating. Melissa and Angie helped us through the planning of all components that were part of the package provided by The Glen. The Save the Date magnets were great. The Invitations were beautiful. The DJ was great. Our guests were impressed with his playlist and readiness for requests. The Wedding Cake was beautiful and tasted wonderful. Everyone told us the food was wonderful, and I can tell you that ...my husband and I enjoyed it thoroughly. There wasn't anything that we didn't enjoy. The staff was very helpful and considerate, including helping us fix our mistake on the seating plan (we missed 4 people on our last table setting list). They brought us drinks and food out to the gazebo while we were having the pictures done. So nice. (Sylvia was wonderful). The Chef had asked us if there were any special requests for any guests (aside from the dietary restrictions), specifically, if we had any guests with special needs. It was great that they helped with my father's meal so that he didn't have any issues eating the meal. We asked at the beginning if we would be allowed to have a sweet table later in the evening with items that I baked, which they kindly allowed. The table would also include a cheese tray and fruit tray as per our request to replace the original items on the late-night option, that was included in our package. As for the package, it was GREAT! It made it much easier for us to plan the wedding and reception. It was a 'One Stop Shop' package. The team even kept us on our toes for when things should be organized/ordered! All in all, The Glen is a wonderful place to hold your special day. The experience was great from beginning to end. Melissa and Angie were great and the staff on the day of the wedding were fabulous. We would recommend, and have recommended, The Glen for Special Events. Carl’s Catering has always been a family business and legacy, and we are incredibly sad to announce the recent passing of a valuable member of the Carl’s Catering and Dalli family. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Robert Dalli, who passed away on November 13th surrounded by his loving family. As a frontline worker, Robert always put the health and needs of others ahead of his own. He was a valued member of the Brampton community who, much like his father, Carl, donated his time to The Rotary Club and Easter Seals events. Robert, you are so loved, and will be so deeply missed by everyone who was lucky enough to know you. To Robert’s family, we offer our sincerest condolences, love, and support as they navigate this incredibly difficult time.

Full review by Alisa: I had my wedding at Carl's Catering on Friday, September 13th, and it was the best day ever! The food was so amazingly good they were able to cater to some of our guests who were vegans, gluten-free, and even one who was keto. The venue was exactly how I pictured: done up with the colors we picked, centerpieces, and head table. Our photographers raved about how great it was to take pictures outside with the amazing willow tree behind a white gazebo, and,... in the evening, the patio covered with Edison bulbs made for great lighting. Inside was the amazing staircase that felt romantic for pictures. Through the whole process of the planning, Melissa and Angie were amazing and answered every question. Sylvia, the floor coordinator, and her crew made us feel at ease and were extremely organized and timely. Bino made us feel welcomed, and it felt like we were never strangers to a " Venue". I wish I could do it all again because it was the best day ever! Thank you so much for making this day so memorable for my Family and Friends to share with us. : @abbyxxwhite
