Update: It tastes amazing! Cooked for 45 min on the MEAT button. Tried for 30 but wasn’t done in the centre so put it on for 15 min more. Shreds apart. Perfect for on buns with soup and salad. Perfect day for a meat experiment! Going to try cooking a Harvest Roast in the instant pot from frozen. We will let you know how it goes.
