Last class before another shutdown. The past month has been the most encouraging sign that jiu jitsu will indeed never die. We had so many new faces and made many new friends. Simply, we are people who want to get fit and take care of ourselves and not give into fear. Don't let negativity dominate your life as you only have 1. Before you know it, we will all be back
