A classic Kingsway Tudor home we completed recently. Bold cabinet and floor colours make this feel like country in the city! Don’t ever be afraid to take chances on design, just make sure you have the right team!

Here’s a few more shots of the main floor and kitchen of our latest build! This Mahogany kitchen is modern yet timeless. Tons of natural light allows this space to utilize bold natural colours yet still feel bright and spacious. Always thankful to have great clients willing to push the norms of standard custom homes. @ Toronto, Ontario

A huge thank you to CanadianContractor.ca for choosing to feature Carmelin Design Build for their 'Creative Eye' section of the magazine. We are happy to be a part of Canadian content for the home building and renovation space. There are so many amazing companies run by amazing people in the construction industry and we are honoured to be recognized as one of them. There is always room for improvement, and collectively through the many associations and publications we can all contribute to the conversation about better building and best practices to support one another. Check out the article if you have some leisure reading time. @ Toronto, Ontario

Brick and Stone work done! We used a red brick blend from Glen-Gery and precast concrete for all the trim, pillars and portico. A beautiful alternative to limestone from our friends at @mpaprecast Hope you enjoyed this progress video and stay tuned for the aluminium work!
