There's a lot going on right now ... You feel it, I feel it. We all feel it. You don't have to be a Psychic or Medium to know that the energy in this world is swirling around charged with high emotions that are riddled with fear, anger, frustration and anxiety. ... We have never been in these times before. They don't feel "normal" or "right" to us. But...they did to our ancestors. You see they had to live through famines, wars, disease, slavery, corrupt justice systems, limited educations, poverty, segregation and so much more. So to them..family was everything. No internet to dial up, no cell phones to carry in your back pocket and no Loui Vuitton to fulfill your goals and dreams. Many families didn't move away from each other. In fact they stayed closer together, helped each other, farmed land together, shared homes together, worked together, took care of each other and above all ...made their family unit so tight it didn't matter what the world around them did, because they had each other. In the midst of 2020 and all it's uncertainty that's what my family has done and been doing all along. So I remind you today to ask yourself what is important, what you hold valuable, what matters to you the most? Then focus on what you want in your life and your circle, because thats what will ripple out into the world and into your experience in this lifetime. Carmel xo

Every country. Every race. Every religion. Every gender. Every belief. ... Every single person in this world needs to see this and hear this. At one point or another each of us has felt hate, spewed hate, and/or created hate. It stops with you. You are one person, but your tiny ripple of energy can be felt by the entire world. What kind of a world do you want to live in while your here? What kind of a world do you want to leave for your children and grandchildren? Happy ..... Halloween, Blue Moon, Full Moon, Hunter Moon, Samhain! There's a lot of things I could put happy in front of today. ... Many are celebrating one of these, or all of these things today. Some are more private and subtle as to how they move through the energy of today ..and others will be dressed up in full blown costumes from the Tiger King, all the way to a Fairy Princess. Whatever you do today here are somethings you should know ... 1. Today is a full moon, blue moon and Samhain(Halloween). That hasn't happened all together like this since 1944. So there will be a lot of energy today. Be mindful of your thoughts, feelings and emotions. In short ...think before you speak. lol 2. Today is a day of releasing. A day to get rid of all the emotions, thoughts, feelings, memories and all that which no longer serves you. Write it all down and then burn it so you can let God, Spirit, Higher power take it away from you. 3. The world's energy is a little wonky right now so carrying a dark crystal or stone will help ground you and keep you centered. It can be one you find on the earth, or one in a metaphysical store. Doesn't matter as long as it resonates with you. I had to have the courage ... The courage to be disliked. That's what I realized when I moved into my 30's and begun to understand that my sometimes crippling anxiety was because I was hiding my ability to connect with Spirits. ... Don't get me wrong... I had no idea at the time that's what I was doing. I just knew I was hiding panic and anxiety from the world, and the feeling like I was crazy with a build of empathic emotions and lack of understanding. Sometimes this would come out in full out rage or depression, sadness, frustration and even awkward silence if I just couldn't find the words to articulate what I was experiencing. When I did finally realize what was in fact happening to me, I hid it from the world. I hid because I wanted everyone to like me. And let's face it, not everyone believes or likes Mediums. I was consumed with the thoughts that people would think I was lying or that they would make fun of me. I kept one side of me in the world of Spirit or Mediums, and then I cloaked or hid this other part of me so people who may judge me or not agree ...would still like me. What I didn't realize was that I was doing this my entire life in all ways and things... not just as a Medium. * I didn't want people to dislike me so I never said no, and I almost killed myself over giving, working etc. * I didn't want people to dislike me if I didn't make or do everything to their expectations so I just kept raising the bar until I had nothing left to give ...even to myself. * I didn't want people to dislike my kids or family so I was a perfectionist and drill sergeant with manners, morals and cleaning etc. * I didn't want people to dislike my weight or body ..so sometimes I over ate and sometimes I would starve myself. * I didn't want people to dislike what I wrote in my book so I hid from the world until I was sure it was okay to come out. * I didn't want friends or family members to dislike me so I tolerated abusive toxic behavior when I should have cut cords and moved away from them a long time ago. We all do this. We just want to be liked, to be loved, to be accepted. But the key is ...you must have the courage to be disliked. To like, love and accept yourself first and foremost is the lesson and we are all here to learn this. Carmel xo

You’re not ... You’re not going to tell me who I am and who I am not. You’re not going to take away my right to be who I am. You’re not going to talk down to me or shame me for things you create based off one sided truths and internet trolls. You’re not going to swing me into depression again.... You’re not going to hurl insults and hatred at me to make me go away. You’re not going to judge me and have no knowledge of what I do or how I do it. You’re not going to make me feel like you could do better or don’t make mistakes in your own life. You’re not going to tell me I’m not doing enough or I don’t care. You’re not going to squash my self esteem with your self righteousness and insults. You’re not going to play games and spread miss information. You’re not going to get me angry again so I want to give up. You’re not going to spread darkness and win over light.
