Tuesday/Wednesday night was so beautiful, clear and calm ... the perfect conditions for me to work on my "pandemic project" of night photography. Although this scene cannot be witnessed with the human eye, it is 100% real! This image, which took approximately 1 hour to capture, shows the apparent circular motion of the stars, but in reality it depicts the movement of the earth in relation to the stars.

I braved the cold for a few minutes at a time last night to watch and capture the aurora. Probably one of my most enjoyable -35 degrees adventures
