NEED YOUR WILL AND POWER OF ATTORNEY DONE WITHOUT COMING INTO OUR OFFICE. The Ministry of the Attorney General has made an order under the EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AND CIVIL PROTECTION ACT that we can prepare and witness WILLS AND POWERS OF ATTORNEY remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic. If you need your Will and Power of Attorney done, you do not need to attend our office. You will however, need a printer and access to "audio-visual communication technology means any electronic method of communication in which participants are able to see, hear and communicate with each other in real time". Contact our office and we can make arrangements to have it done. We are open weekdays, but will be closed until Tuesday in order for us to celebrate the long Easter weekend.
