Are you making masks for Christmas? I have found the perfect template to make sewing masks fun and fast. June Tailor Face Mask Ruler JT-1745 Inner layer Pellon Sew-in Featherweight PEL910 Cut 2 - 6" squares each of outer fabric, lining and inner layer. Cut 2 - 6" lengths of 3/8" elastic... Ruler has guidelines for small, medium and large mask The Ruler comes with detailed instructions. I added an inner poly layer. Cut the poly layer the same way with the JT ruler, BUT remove the 1/4" seam allowance. Make the liner with one seam, a small zig-zag very close to the outside curve. The seam will open flat, tuck into the mask )leave yourself a larger opening) and topstitch the opening shut. This mask is so simple, not pressing needed, minimal steps from start to finish.
