Carol seen the need and opportunity for a restaurant within the small Rural Alberta community. Carol’s close proximity to the recreational facilities enables them to capture crowds from the various sporting events and is known for their friendly service! Carol has tremendous support for the restaurant by the local and surrounding communities. Carol provides a place for communities, individuals and businesses to gather, host meetings and events. We asked Carol for one piece of advice for new entrepreneurs Keep your expenses low, build on good credit and access only in emergencies. Like most restaurants during COVID-19, Carol’s Bar was forced to close in March 2020. Carol has since reopened and excited to have patrons return to the restaurant.
