Made it through the first day back jitters! Feeling tired but happy to have seen some lovely people after a very, very long time!

Good Morning! Thought I would share this lovely quote I heard today while taking my morning walk. The author was discussing the value in creating space in your schedule for stillness and reflection. Some of those times for me include drinking my morning coffee on the porch, early morning walks, morning journaling (yah I’m an early riser!), late night Pilates mat sessions on the carpet in my hallway and my regularly scheduled massages!!... I hope you have a wonderful, peaceful day that includes some moments of stillness just for you!
