ATTN FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS!! The federal government has announced increases to the First-Time Buyers Incentive in three special markets - Toronto, Vancouver, and Victoria. Call me for more info! 250.857.2355 Since its inception in 2018, the maximum home price to be eligible for the shared equity mortgage program was 4 times household income. As of Spring 2021 this is increasing to up to 4.5 times household income. The buyer’s income threshold is being raised from $120,000 ...to $150,000. These changes mean the maximum home price for eligible first-time buyers in the three markets goes from $505,000 to about $722,000. Whether it's candles , handbags , jewelry , skincare and makeup , Clothes , pampering products , kitchen gadgets, photography , art , why not buy from those we know?? We all have lots of friends who have their own businesses. Wow, its September already! For a year that has had a lot of drag it sure feels to be going by quickly. Can you feel the change in the air as we move towards autumn, bulky sweaters and a lot of pumpkin spice? Best wishes to all as we navigate back to school for the kids and the end of searching for campsites.
