If you experience a problem submitting claims on their website, we ask that you remain patient and try again when the problem is resolved. You are still able to submit a claim on their mobile app, or you can ask your pharmacy, dental office, etc. to submit the claim for you.... You will be updated once the issue is resolved. Thank you.

POTENTIAL POSTAL SERVICE DISRUPTION EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 26, 2018 Plan Members who submit claims and receive payments by mail could experience significant delays if there is a postal service disruption. To avoid delays to your benefit payments, please ensure that you have signed up for Direct Deposit with the Benefit Administration Office and your All-In-One Benefit Card Provider, Green Shield Canada. ... If you have not signed up for your All-In-One Benefit Card, please go to www.carpentersresidential.ca. You may also visit the Plan Administration Office to drop off your claim.

To avoid delays in receiving your pension and benefits payments, please ensure that you have signed up for direct deposit with the Benefits Administration Office. For claims payments using your All-In-One Benefit Card, sign up for direct deposit with Green Shield Canada.
