During the September wildfires in Oregon, Account Executive Levi C. went above and beyond to help his Independent stores, all while his family and community dealt with the same devastation from the fires. With the fire at its peak, Levi was courageous and drove back to Ashland and Phoenix, Oregon, to check on an Independent owner's stores and residence. When one of the delivery drivers lost his home in the fire, Levi rented a truck and worked with the distribution center's Ge...neral Manager to run the deliveries himself to Carquest stores in Southern Oregon and Northern California. Once the fires were contained, Levi joined with a local TechNet owner and hosted a community barbecue that raised nearly $5,000 and fed over 500 first responders and people who lost their homes to the Alameda Fire. #TheCarquestDifference
