I'm not usually into Shakespeare or poetry, but man, parting is such sweet, sweet sorrow Today is closing day for this beautiful house. I went and dropped off the lockbox and was hit with emotion I wasn't expecting. This is a special house to my family and many others in Stratford. We have all sent our children here to be looked after and they have been taught how to be caring and strong independent little humans. ... Liz, I'm so so SOOOO happy for you AND that you will still be close. But we will definitley miss 9 East Gore. Thank God the love is transfered to the next place lol

One of the hardest things to tell your client is what they don't want to hear: The porch is not insulated The basement does leak The electrical is out of date And worst of all, our offer wasn't accepted ...
