My daughter posted this today, and it really got me thinking about the Be Kind movement. I think, kindness is not who you believe to be worthy of kindness, because you, your circle, or society tells us its ok. Especially in these times, it’s so important not to judge people, especially the vulnerable population you see out and about, struggling, possibly high or drunk - do you know their history? Why they cope in this way? Is it easier to talk about them, snicker with your friends, passive aggressively say, crazy... Everyone deserves kindness and I am so grateful to so many that have shown me unwavering care when I’ve needed it the most.
