Rich French Onion Soup ...fry 5-6 onions in 1/2 cup butter until softand transparent. Then add 2L Villeneuve family farm beef bone broth along with 2 bay leaves and 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce. Let simmer for half hour. Divide into 4 serving bowls, top with crusty bread and mozzarella cheese or other cheese of your choice. Broil in the oven until golden. Enjoy! Alot of people ask what we do in the winter. We've been putting up a pig barn that we've been dreaming about for a long time! Each pen has a door which will lead to outdoor pasture in summertime.

Grass-fed, non-GMO beef... we offer fresh cuts weekly as well as frozen boxes. All of our products are available at villeneuvefamilyfarm.grazecart.com. Order days are Mon-Thurs. We have a weekly drop off spot every Saturday in Fredericton, pick up at the farm on Friday afternoon, or delivery to Grand Falls on Tuesday.
