Dear Carrytel Customers, thank you for being with us. We notice that some customers have issue to access the connection still after the outage. There were too many comments and messages received, I couldn't have a chance to filter them out. If you still have no internet access, 1. Please reset the modem. 2. After resetting, wait for all lights be normal with @ light on,. It might take time to get both sync for up and down... 3. Setup your WIFI / Router: trying to find the default wifi name of your modem because it was reset. If you don't have @ light on, please call our support line or send message to me. We are here to help. Thank you.

Update received at 12AM: Rogers fibre crews are on-scene and ready to commence necessary repairs. Work is anticipated to take 2 to 3 hours and be fully completed by 3 AM ET.
