The weigh in has begun. We will not be pumping gas until weigh in is complete. There will be no room to get into the gas dock. Thank you for your cooperation!

We wanted to give people a heads up. This spider was found in the Burleigh Falls area. Trent University Entomology professor confirmed it was a Northern Black Widow. This particular one was a female with around 300 eggs in her. He said she was likely looking for a place to lay her eggs. It was the first "live" specimen ever donated to the university. Although they are rare in Southern Ontario, they are here. Below is a picture and a little info about this species.
