Alberta announced that Stage 2 of opening can begin on June 12th, which includes massage therapy! I am planning to resume practicing as of June 23rd, provided that I have all my required PPE on hand! Hello to my lovely clients! As per recent government updates, Alberta massage therapists are grouped in stage 2 of the reopening sequence. This phase MIGHT begin as early as June 19th... Dear Clients, Effective today, March 24th, the Didsbury Chiropractic and Massage clinic has made the decision to close down completely, in order to protect our clients and staff. To my valued clients: Given concerns about the COVID-19 virus, please be assured that I and the staff at the Didsbury Chiropractic and Massage clinic are taking extra precautionary measures to prevent the spread of infection. As per Alberta health recommendation, please feel free to cancel or reschedule your appointments if:... * you, or a close family member is feeling unwell with symptoms of the virus - fever, cough, breathing problems, sore throat * you, or a close family member/contact has travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days. * you, or a close family member is at a higher risk of complications from catching the virus - ie respiratory disease, recent hospitalization, immunocompromised, elderly, etc. Please note that we do not penalize anyone for having to cancel or reschedule appointments. If you do decide to keep an existing appointment, please make sure to practice good hygiene protocols such as washing your hands before and after your treatment, and reducing contact with public surfaces as much as possible.
