There is free street parking, outdoor courtyard, WIFI included, in-suite laundry and fully furnished shared spaces The shared areas are the living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. We have a cleaning service that comes in every two weeks to clean all of the shared areas. The kitchen is fully outfitted and has two fridges. Serious inquiries only. Horrible picture of me but... At Casa Dumont we vet all of our guests to ensure that we as homeowners and the guests have a great time by making sure they are a good fit. I meet most of our guests in person and I have met some wonderful people. The spirit of AIR BNB was home sharing not corporations buying up real estate and operating "hotel" like businesses. Having said that I can also understand Mr. St. Louis' point that operating an AIR BNB that you don't live at can be possible, but I do believe you should live in the community so that you can respond to emergencies and guest needs.

Casa Dumont was anticipating a city tax and when the City of Windsor imposed a 4% tax on short term rentals we were ready. The City of Windsor was able to accumulate @70K$ in taxes from Air BNB and they say it is going towards local tourism. I am all for this. I have no problem contributing tax dollars to an industry I am working with. The questions is.... will local Air BNBs be able to have a seat at the table when local decisions are being made? Will local Air BNBs be able to advertise like hotels and regular BNBs advertise? We will see!

The last of the Casa Dumont renovations is complete. The tenants have moved in and Rocky and @dennisdumont are finally taking a break. This was a complete basement gut and transformed into a 3 bedroom apartment. Rocky and Dennis did an amazing job and are finally able to rest and enjoy the benefits. Great work guys! @ Casa Dumont
